Valley Stream is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Valley Stream follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This version sounds more natural and personal, like a genuine Google review: โญโญโญโญโญ I canโ€™t believe I didnโ€™t know this place existed right in my backyard in Valley Stream. Iโ€™m a huge fan of Neapolitan-style pizza and have tried many places throughout New York. Iโ€™ve also spent time in Napoli, and Via Cuma is about as authentic as it gets. The pizza genuinely reminded me of the pizza I had in Naples. The owner told us they import their ingredients directly from Napoli, including the dough, and you can absolutely taste the difference. In my opinion, this is the best Neapolitan-style pizza Iโ€™ve tried in New York so far, and thatโ€™s saying a lot because Iโ€™ve tried many! The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great pizza, great people, and a place Iโ€™ll definitely be coming back to. If youโ€™re a fan of authentic Neapolitan pizza, Via Cuma is a must. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ•

Having read positive reviews of this restaurant, I decided to try it for myself along with my Sicilian husband. The pizza is Neapolitan style, and is very authentic compared to the pizzas you get in Naples and other Southern Italian cities. A must visit for lovers of authentic Italian pizza.๐Ÿ• We also tried the Sicilian Cannolo and it was delicious. Service was excellent and very friendly. We'll be back!

OMG I cannot believe how good this place is. We ordered #16 pizza, 6pc buffalo wings and the lasagna and we shared everything my husband and I. This place is a little $$$ it it is worth it. Great spot for a special occasion like birthdays, marriage proposal, Date night or Anniversary. The owner is so nice and tentative and the food, the food is delicious I donโ€™t think you would get anything bad from this place. I wish I lived closer , I would be a repeat customer for sure! I wish the owners the upmost success they truly deserve it.

Highly recommend Via Cuma in Valley Stream. Our waiter, Ivan, took the time to explain how many of their ingredients, including the flour, tomato sauce, and ricotta are imported directly from Naples, Italy, with the ricotta coming from Sicily. The entire experience made me feel like I was back in Italy. The sourdough pizza was outstanding, and unlike most pizza I get elsewhere, I didnโ€™t feel heavy or sluggish afterward. You can truly taste the quality and authenticity of the ingredients. Weโ€™ll definitely be back. The Pizza Polpettina was out of this world!
